At the time of registration, you will need to provide your child’s Alberta Healthcare Number and pay your registration fee. Instalments are also offered.
Your fees go toward a number of expenses, such as programming, administration, coaching, overhead costs and equipment upgrades.

As a member of the Alberta Gymnastics Federation we are required to pay an annual fee per athlete/discipline effective from July 1st to June 30th of the current season. This membership fee provides comprehensive insurance packages, club management tools, and regulation of coaching standards by providing courses, conferences and seminars, as well as provides input into policy development and operation.
All accounts must be in good standing in order to register for the next session (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring) or season (July 1 – June 30). Accounts that are in arrears will result in your child being unable to participate in programming until accounts are up to date.
If you choose to withdraw from our programming within three (3) weeks of classes, we will provide a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee, ($50 admin fee for classes under 1 hour). Anything after three (3) weeks is not subject to a refund. Some extenuating circumstances may apply.
