This 55 or 85 min. Class will provide gymnastics instruction with a focus on improving gymnastics skills and fitness as well as strength and flexibility.  Upon learning basic gymnastics skills, sequences will be strung together. Parents are invited to observe classes and see what accomplishments their kids are proud of. There will be an awards ceremony at the end of each session.
