Cancelled Class & Attendance
Classes that are cancelled by our association will not have a make-up day. Classes cancelled by the coach will have a make-up day scheduled. Please try to make it to the rescheduled class, as there will only be one make-up day for a cancelled class.
There will be no make-up days for classes missed by athletes for any reason. This includes sick days, personal vacations, etc. There will also be no refunds for missed days.
Regular attendance is crucial to maintaining physical ability and mental preparedness. A lot of effort goes into planning your athlete's training program, too much time missed will not allow your athlete to progress effectively.
However, if your child is sick, please allow him or her to recuperate at home.
Unless specific arrangements are made with the coach, athletes arriving 15 minutes or later than the regular start time will not be allowed to train that day. Arriving late disrupts the other classes that are already going on in the gym and doesn’t allow our athletes to participate thoroughly in warm up, which is key for injury prevention. Warm up gets the heart rate going and stretches out all the muscles and joints that help keep our athletes safe and out of the injury zone.
